Hi, I’m Megan — the heart (and the hustle) behind The Organized Hustle.

I’m a mom to four, a current military spouse, and an ex-military gal who’s learned the hard way that organization isn’t optional — it’s survival. Between two babies of my own, years of foster care, and adopting two amazing kids with unique needs (which means a lot of appointments), I’ve had to figure out how to keep life moving without losing myself in the chaos.

I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years — serving in the military, working in churches, helping small start-ups, supporting consulting firms, and being the go-to person when people needed resources but didn’t know where to find them. Through it all, one thing has stayed true: I thrive on creating systems that help people breathe easier, focus better, and actually enjoy the life they’re working so hard for.

When I’m not wrangling schedules or cleaning out inboxes, you’ll usually find me with my family, planning our next adventure (or just making sure everyone’s where they need to be on time). Organization isn’t just what I do — it’s how I make space for the things that matter most.
